Behind The Moon are a moody synth duo from Stoke On Trent featuring Hannah Sophie Walton on Vocals and Scott Evans on synths
Lead vocalist Hannah has experience in musical theatre and performing which combines with a unique voice and poetic lyric writing. This is skilfully complimented by Scott Evans’ extensive knowledge of electronic music production.
Formed in the later half of 2017 the duo played their first gig after only one month of working together. This saw them testing out new material with the addition of cover adaptations and have now had several live outings including Festival dates at LymeLight festival and Your City festival.
Their debut single “All That This Is Now” was released in January and the followup single “Easier To Lie” was released in May. Their new album “Somewhere Behind The Moon” will be released on 24th October.
Influences vary from Depeche Mode, Massive Attack and Erasure to artists Bent, Sia and Newton Faulkner.
