Nashville Electro Service is an idea that Jack Wilson had after attending one of Orbital’s reunion shows in 2009.
He continued to develop this idea over the next few years while studying Music Technology at Teesside University. Finally in 2014 he began producing electronica music under the Nashville Electro Service name.
In 2015 the first Nashville Electro Service demo was released on Soundcloud. Since then, the debut EP “Tales from the Wastelands” has been released on all music platforms, the EP is a soft concept EP about the hard topic of nuclear weapons.
In 2018 “Barbara” was released on all streaming services, this song was a step away from the previous theme but maintains the electronica beat.
Nashville Electro Service has regularly featured on BBC Music Introducing in York and Teesside since 2015. Jack also made his debut live radio appearance on BBC Music Introducing Tees in November of 2017.
In 2017 Nashville Electro Service opened the Lighthouse stage at Musicport Festival.
In 2018 Nashville Electro Service played the Something Else Tea Tent at Bearded Theory 2018.
